This project consists of two phases with phase one being the east tower and phase two being the west tower. The proposal required the demolition of an existing five-storey hotel which has already been completed. The new proposal of Mirabella Condos will be 2 towers 35, 35 storeys with a total of 745 mixed condo units consisting of one-bedroom to three-bedroom floor plans.

Official Building Plan

The buildings will be comprised of a 5-storey podium at the base, and a 30-storey tower above. Below grade will include 755 of underground parking space.

Proposed Residential Aspect

The 35 storey mixed use Condominium will host a total of 745 residential suites comprised of one, two and three bedroom units in addition to significant parking availability in the two towers of 35 storey.
